Need to verify the age with driver's license despite them having your card's details. Fishing for information for no good reason. Risky at best, dangerous at most.

Brilliant in every way!
I was looking for a specific flavoured vape juice, so I first ordered 3 bottles. Ordering was easy and hassle free, communications were great, and delivery was super fast with excellent tracking and communication from the delivery company also. The cost of delivery is really reasonable as well! Once received, the vape juice was just what I wanted, so I've ordered 10 more bottles and used the 10% discount code they kindly sent me. FYI, the cost of the vape juice is amazing too. A big thank you ?

I returned unwanted bottles of eliquid 7 weeks ago.
I have had no refund, and was told the returns department was very busy.
Surely, it shouldn't take this long.
At a time when cost of living has increased incredibly high, I am struggling with money.
Looks like big companies want to make money and not look after the ones who are helping to keep their business going.

First class customer service
First class customer service. Replied to my email within 10 minutes. Delivery arrived on schedule, and all goods were as expected, and well packaged.
I have purchased 88 Vape merchandise from stores over the years, but this is the first time I have used the website. No issues at all.

I think this company is not good I have been waiting for long time for original tobacco to come in they my email sill not received some thing need to be done
Please stop with the menthol chill flavours
I really really liked this flavour but they have added a chill to it which burns/ hurts throat. Please can you make this without the chill/menthol as I like this but can not vape it. PLEASE DO ONE WITHOUT MENTHOL/CHILL. It seems all new flavours have the chill but not everyone likes this which means we do not get to have new flavours.more sweet/ sour flavours would be great

False information
They are in no way last anywhere near what they state. I bought one and it didn't even last 1 day, I smoked to quite a bit but no where near 600 puffs worth. At least remove this false claim from your packaging.

Had issues with the advanced pens that kept falling apart I connected them and they gave me a code for a new one so bought the deluxe edition and very pleased with it great service.
Love the “tobacco nic salts” to it’s my favourite.
love the products but the courier…
love the products but the courier service you use is letting you down big time, i have 900 plus points with you, just to show how loyal i have been, Evri has had my parcel for a week, i'm virtually out of juice and have had to repeat order with DPD carrier as atleast i know it will arrive but have had to pay the additional costs asscociated with it. Please rethink your courier choice, Royal Mail where mover reliable even with thier strikes...
Have adjusted my review after a conversation with Adam, it is not 88vape's fault, its all down to the courier which Adam helped resolve

I placed an order over a week ago was told 3-5 days delivery I needed the items urgently but now their courier has lost the parcel
Adam and the customer service is brilliant and this issue is not the fault of 88 vape and I recommend the company whole heartedly but not the courier used the dreaded Hermes ?

Excellent product, BUT BUT!!!!
Excellent product, quick and stress free delivery with a discount, why have I not thought of doing this direct before,
Only downside was delivery, which was just left on doorstep without knocking or ringing, or ID which is the law ?? Evri, shame as it was very quick and kept well informed apart from last leg of delivery
No reason to drop a star on this occasion as I feel it would be unfair to 88vape but I will need to keep it in mind for future deliveries
